Join us for a monologue coaching workshop geared to equipping the actor with a solid audition piece, an old coat so to speak. To help the actor find the vocal agility and emotional ties within the monologue, to flesh it out so they can have it in their back pocket to pull out with confidence when needed. Patrick Briggs, along with Kelly Kiernan, are the artistic directors of Santa Fe's Shakespeare in the Garden. A member of the Company of Players for the American Stratford Festival Theater for 6 years, Patrick has trained extensively on mining the text with Louis Burke of HIs Majesty's Theater in Johannesburg, South Africa and John Barton of the Royal Shakespeare Company among many others.
