Stage Combat workshop

Whether you are completely new to stage combat, a seasoned SAFD/LAMDA graduate, an actor looking to expand your skill set, or just looking for a fun new workout, come and experience the joys of stage combat!

Under the expert guidance of experienced Fight Director Ambrose Ferber you will learn:

Falling Down
Unarmed Combat
Swordplay
Running Into Things
Ugly Fights
Medical Reality
Blood Basics

In addition, this workshop is highly active and energetic! You will get a great workout and build kinesthetic awareness.

Open to ages 13 to 113, and all skill levels, though be aware that this workshop is HIGHLY active, so be careful if you have injuries or medical conditions that may be aggravated.

Please come prepared with:

Water
Exercise clothing
Athletic footwear
Close-fitting leather palmed work gloves, often billed as "Mechanic's Gloves"
(gloves will be available for sale at event)
Bag lunch

Fee:
$40 to participate in the training
$10 to drop in and watch anytime during the day
